Individual DiSC Workplace Coaching
I offer an individual coaching process using the DiSC Workplace tool – a proven method for analyzing behavioral and communication styles. Through it, you will gain deeper awareness of your natural reactions, decision-making approach, and how you build relationships with others. During sessions, we work on how to more effectively leverage your talents, communicate better with different personality types, and minimize tensions and misunderstandings. This is practical support for developing interpersonal, leadership, and professional competencies with real impact on everyday functioning, both at work and in private life.
In the process of retraining, I use the DiSC Workplace tool to help clients identify their natural tendencies – both those that strengthen them, and those that are worth working on during career development and when making further decisions about choosing a different professional area or position.

- Certified online DiSC test (approximately 20-25 min)
- Individual online or on-site 1:1 session (60 min) discussing the report and implementation strategy
